Volant air intake systems utilize a high-velocity venturi filter adapter which provides a smooth transition through the MAF sensor into the intake tube for a much needed airflow improvement over the factory rubber tubing and resonator box. Volant's Cool Air box is larger than the factory unit and incorporates a larger opening to collect a higher volume of colder ambient air.

I absolutely love this! It really brought my jeep alive. Going from a 5.7 hemi ram. To a little 3.6 sport wrangler. Was a huge difference. But this really made all the difference in the world. A low aggressive growl, that's not over bearing. But just the sound every man, wants from his vehicle.

United StatesI'm not to happy with how there a hack job done to feed air to the air box. But other then that I'm very please with install and the sound my exhaust make now.
United StatesFairly easy to install. Great instructions. On the Jeep there is a hose that is secured to the old air filter. After installing this, the hose would typically just lay there unsecured. I cut the old brackets off the old air filter and put them back in place under bolts. It did not affect the new filter.
